When booking an appointment, you are agreeing to all policies including a cancellation policy.
Any disagreements after booking an appointment with me will not be accepted, thank you!

Pre-Care

➛ Please arrive to your first appointment with bare, natural lashes. I do not remove work done by other Lash Technicians (no exceptions!).
➛ Please arrive alone - no guests, animals, or children are allowed.

Health

➛ If you are sick, think you may be sick or are getting over being sick, you must cancel your appointment.
➛ If you show up unwell to your appointment, treatment will be denied - please show kindness and compassion.
➛ beccaslashbar_ is not responsible for any allergic or adverse reactions to products and the methods used.
➛ I do not lash pregnant clients.

Punctuality

➛ Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time - if you arrive early please wait in your car or outside.
➛ Late arrival will result in a shorter appointment time. Less time = less lashes! You will still be charged for the full service booked.
➛ If you are 15 minutes late I will consider the appointment cancelled and will require a deposit if you want to book back in.
➛ Please contact me on either Instagram or Facebook if you are running late!
➛ Please give me at least 24 hours notice of cancellation. Please do not cancel the day of if it can be helped!

Pricing

➛ All pricing is subject to change.
➛ Clients will be informed of any price changes.

Appointments

➛ You will be required to have a patch test 24-48 hours before your scheduled appointment during which you are required to fill out a Patch Test form.
➛ Before your appointment, you will have to fill out a Consultation Form.
➛ Please feel free to request a silent appointment if you would rather have some quiet time!
➛ Lash appointments are a safe space for everyone and all clients are treated with respect.
➛ I do not tolerate any abusive language or behaviour towards.
➛ Failure to adhere to this will result in you being permanently banned from my books.

Payment

➛ I accept payment through bank transfer or exact cash amounts only.
➛ Payment will be taken at the end of the treatment after you have seen your lashes and are in love with them!
➛ If there are any issues after you have left, contact me on either Instagram or Facebook and I will provide a free infill up to 3 days after your appointment (unless it is due to poor aftercare).
